Its finally Christmas Eve....

and I thought I better drop by before it gets totally crazy and I miss out all together.

I have one last Christmas layout I created last week using the Websters Pages Papers - A Christmas Story found at the Flying Unicorn Store. A just because layout..just cause I felt like scrapping :))

" Happy Holidays"

Lots of gorgeous 2Crafty Chipboard used on this layout. The snowflake chipboard I dabbed with gold paint and then adhered some gold glitter.

Beautiful flowers from Prima and Manor House.

Plenty going on in the background of this layout...Seems to be my usual love lately.  Lots of gesso, texture paste, stamping and the colours were all created using Tattered Angels products.  Absolutely LOVE the glitter glam with all the bits of glitter in it.

Oh and how I can't resist sharing a couple of super cute photos.  I have about a gazillion photos of my littlest man and I have been so slack...well not really..just so busy to have time to share, so sorry.  Here is one of my favourites from the Christmas photos I have taken. Luca is 13 weeks old now and just beautiful.  I could kiss those chubby cheeks all day long...somedays I do..lol! I have seriously loved every moment of his newborn stage..so sad its all going too quickly.  He has been my best baby...or maybe I am just more relaxed...but he has slept through the night from 8pm to 5pm without a feed from 7 weeks, super content and just goes with the flow.  I am super lucky I know cause my other two did NOT do that!! Probably will all change when he starts getting teeth..lol!

So Happy Holidays to you all from our family to yours.  May you know much love and laughter in the coming days and enjoy being in each others company. I know this year scrappy wise I wasn't around much or blogged much but it was a huge year with being pregnant and the birth of our 3rd little boy and I wanted to relish in those moments as much as I could and enjoy them...those days will never come again.

Merry Christmas, hope Santa stops by your place tonight and spoils you all rotten.
Take care
Hugs

Ps...thank you to those who very kindly stopped by and left lovely messages on my last blog post.  It is never easy losing someone you love especially at this time of year and so suddenly but we have wonderful memories that will always stay with us. xx

Christmas Magic...

Hi Everyone,
I am here today to share with you all a project I created using the Webster Pages - A Christmas Story papers all found at the Flying Unicorn Store.  Websters Pages papers are not papers I am usually drawn too, not sure why, I think I just find them hard to use but I love a good challenge and I was amazed at how easy I did find these papers to work with.
" Believe"

Lots of background stamping and mix media techniques used on this layout using a combination of Prima, Kaiser and SODAlicious stamps and Tattered Angels Jazz Blue Glimmermist, PanPastels and water colour paints.

Gorgeous Reindeer Chipboard from 2Crafty....they are super cute..love them! And sigh...the glittery gold Manor House flowers are my absolutely favourite!

Sorry this is so short and sweet but we have a plane to catch.  We have had a sudden death of member of our family so we are flying down to be with all our families at this time.
I will have more Christmas inspiration in the next few days and even some Christmas photos of my sweet little boys :)
Thanks for visiting :)

Christmas Inspiration - Teresa Collins...

Hello everyone,

I am excited to share with you all a couple of layouts I created using the gorgeous Teresa Collins Santa's List collection. I can't believe Christmas is just around the corner and I still haven't scrapped photos from last Christmas yet!

The papers in this collection are just magical..I absolutely love the bits of glitter on the patterns in the paper.  And because the colours are fairly neutral, it makes it easier to add whatever Christmas colour you want.

"Its the Most Wonderful Time of the Year"

Love the snowflake pattern on one of the pattern papers...couldn't help but go all out with that theme even tho our Christmas's are far from being snowy! The big snowflake is a chipboard piece from Kaiser along with a Pink Paislee star which I covered in red glitter to match the glitter in the paper.

A bit of mixed media going on in the background with texture paste, gesso, masking, stamping and lots of Shimmerz, TA Glimmer Glaze.

This is another layout I also created from the same collection.

"Christmas Magic"

I so so so love these gorgeous baubles from 2Crafty Chipboard! I have covered them in Shimmerz Texturez and outlined them also with some Shimmerz Pearlz.

I had loads of fun creating these layouts.  It really got me in the Christmas mood and we are looking forward to this weekend getting the Christmas tree up :))

Thanks for stopping by :)

Some scrappy shares :)

Hi everyone,

Just found a little bit of time to post some recent layouts I have created for the Flying Unicorn using their November Kit.  Such a gorgeous kit with a mixture of Prima Delight papers, Marion Smith Mad Tea Party and more with loads of embellishments.  I have so much left over I am hoping to continue to create more with this kit this month.

"Together"

Love this photo of all my boys taken way back in January by our gorgeous friend Leah Cruikshank.  She does such beautiful photos. And to think I am now a mummy to another beautiful boy...so lucky :))

A fair bit going on here as usual.  Sometimes I alter the background so much that you can hardly tell what papers I use...lol! Lots of Gesso, texture paste, Shimmerz Coloringz and Texturez on here as well as stamping.  I love experimenting these days, although not as much as I would like too and plus when I do get a chance, I have to be quick now I have a baby!!

"So Sweet"

These gorgeous boys are cousins on my side of the family.  Yep all boys and now there is another one to the group. Cant wait to get a photo of the 5 of them. :))

Using a Manor House flower vine and some Leaky Shed Chipboard.

And just on a personal note, its been a while....I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart of those who left congratulations messages on the birth of our little boy.  I know how busy life is for all of us so that fact that you stopped by and left me a message was really appreciated.

And for those of you who leave me messages wondering how I am....well I am GOOD! Very busy, trying to juggle so many balls at once, but going really well and so is Luca.  I couldn't have asked for a better baby.  He has been a dream but still just as demanding as all babies are.  Riley and Finlay love him to bits and are such a big help to me.

I have finally received my photos back from our photoshoot we had just after Luca was born.  Here is one of my absolute favourites!! So lucky to be a mummy to three gorgeous boys.

Thanks for stopping by :)
